People around you have their own fears, your customer, staffs, partners, or those who are important to your business, they too have their own Fears.
Here are a few simple steps on how we, as a Business Owner or Leader can help resolve that Fear.
1. Be Observant – you have to be aware that there is a concern needed to be addressed.
2. Ask and Go Deeper – truly grasp the concern and understand what everyone is going through.
3. Be transparent – Be truthful, decisions that we make as a leader must be reasonable and logical.
Observe, listen, explain your side, and focus on solving their challenges. By consistently doing these things, it will resolve a lot of their fears. Most importantly the organization will be much happier.
