Most of the companies nowadays are already using Google Applications on internet, because it is easy-to-access and it is free to use, all you need is a Google Account, unlike using a Microsoft Office applications, if your laptop or desktop doesn’t have Office 360, you need to install it first, there is two options on downloading this, you can download the free version, but it does not cover all the features and you can only use it for limited time which is 30 Days Free Trial or you can pay $102.53 to get the full version of it, and if you’ll going to compare Microsoft Office and Google Application Suites, I can say that Google Application Suites is best for business and to your company, and I can prove it to you that it performs very well, because on our company Design Source Media (DSM), we used these different kinds of suites. We used Google Docs if ever we have to do an article, press releases and blogs, and we will just put it on the company’s Google Drive so that all the members DSM Team can see what you have written, there is no need to send it to them individually, but you do you know that there is a very important Google Applications that DSM used in their daily works?
DSM uses Google Spreadsheets and Google Forms, these applications are part of their growth on the business industry. With the help of these applications, the system inside the Design Source Media has been organized and properly maintained through its usage.

Google Spreadsheets launched in August 2006, it is the first web-based suite, it has the same features like the Microsoft Excel but the difference is that this is a hassle-free application, you don’t need to consume the memory space of your desktop or laptop, you can just simply save it to Google Drive.
